“Grilled Swamp Bird”
Chicken or bird of your choice
“Swamp Sauce”
Grill chicken on gas or charcoal grill. When there is 15 minutes left of cook time,
give chicken 2 liberal coats of “Swamp Sauce.”
Just be careful because sauce will burn if grill is too hot.
