“Swamp Stew”
1 lb stew beef 4 medium potatoes, diced
1 lb chicken breast cubed 1 can diced tomatoes
1 bay leaf 1 bag frozen corn
1 large onion, chopped 1 cup “Swamp Sauce”
1 bag frozen limas 1 tablespoon salt
1 cup broth
Combine all ingredients in stock pot. Simmer 45 minutes or
until meat and potatoes are tender.
